At AWM Holding Plc., our main profile is wholesale trading and financial investments. We believe that any kind of company can only operate optionally and have constant development if it grows and can keep up with the trends of the market. Any kind of business can reach the status of continuous and stable growth of income. We can make that happen with knowledge, diligence, and constant renewal.
The proof of that is our continuous growth and the broadening of our wholesale trading division to more branches. We get inspired by all the different kinds of challenges we face and the new business opportunities that may rise.
Financial investments
Venture capital investments
Our financial investments are mainly venture capital investments in the US, and Asia and international stock market investments. We always dare to take a risk and are not afraid of volatility. We don’t avoid risk but don’t seek it either. Our company is always looking for the ideal risk-reward opportunities.
Lately one of our most successful investments was entering the American fintech company, Addepar, back in 2018, and after 3,5 years we were able to sell those stocks with more than 3x profit. Moreover, another success story was the investment in Postmates, the 4th largest delivery company in the US, in 2019, which was later purchased by Uber. At the moment we are working on building a bigger position at online education company, Udacity.
International stock exchange investments: stock and stock option trading
Besides stock investments, we often sell stock options that ensure a continuous cash flow for our company.
Wholesale
Health and personal protective products
Our company carries out wholesale purchases of health and personal protective products in Eastern Europe, China, and Vietnam, typically a few million pieces.
In such transactions, our company does not act as an intermediary for a commission, but uses its own capital to buy the products at its own risk, and then sells them to large end users (factories, hospitals, construction sites, retail merchants, local governments).

Food industry products
Since 2022 we also trade with food industry products in larger quantities.
Usually, we trade with different amounts, which vary from a few platforms to full of bigger trucks which we don’t only deliver to Hungary, but to all across Europe.
Our main products: flour, sugar, and cooking oil – of course in high quality
Grain trade
Another recently established business branch of the company is the distribution of various cereals. This business mainly deals with the trade of fodder corn and barley.
Our company purchases larger amounts of grain, which we transfer to Hungary and also abroad.
Automotive chips
The last few years, both in Hungary and all around the globe, have been about the shortage of automotive chips.
We are here to help our customers with that problem to find all the products they need.
Our company has different kinds of models in larger quantities.
The stocks we have are all original ones, made by Texas Instruments, with the newest date code and we grant you a guarantee when it comes to quality.
In case there is a need we can ship other kinds of chips too.
